About our Corporate Training practice

Twelve years of shaping confident leaders, security-aware teams and high-performing organisations across Australia.

Our story

Secure Corporate Training was founded in 2013 by a small group of organisational psychologists and cyber-security specialists who shared a single frustration: most corporate training was forgettable. Slide decks were dense, delivery was passive, and participants returned to their desks with no clear plan for change. We set out to build something different — programmes that are immersive, evidence-based and directly tied to business outcomes.

Our first client was a mid-sized logistics firm in Sydney struggling with a leadership vacuum after rapid growth. We designed a six-month blended programme combining face-to-face workshops, peer coaching circles and digital micro-learning. Within a year, the company saw a 34 per cent reduction in voluntary turnover among managers and a measurable lift in employee engagement scores. That early success became the blueprint for everything we do today.

Over the following decade we expanded our expertise into cyber-security awareness, compliance, change management and cross-cultural communication. We opened a dedicated training facility in Nicolasboro, New South Wales, and built a network of associate facilitators across every Australian state and territory. Today we serve organisations ranging from 20-person start-ups to ASX-listed enterprises, always with the same hands-on, outcomes-first philosophy that defined our earliest work.

Mission and values

Our mission is simple: make every hour of corporate training count. We measure our success not by the number of seats filled, but by the behavioural shifts that follow. These five values guide every programme we design and deliver.

Evidence over opinion

We ground every programme in peer-reviewed research, validated psychometric tools and real performance data. If a method cannot demonstrate measurable impact, we replace it with one that can.

Learner-centred design

Adults learn best through experience, reflection and immediate application. Our workshops prioritise active participation — role-plays, simulations and case studies drawn from participants' own workplaces.

Lasting change

A great workshop is only the beginning. We embed follow-up coaching, digital reinforcement and manager toolkits into every engagement to ensure new behaviours stick long after the facilitator leaves the room.

Integrity and transparency

We provide honest assessments of what training can and cannot achieve. If a challenge is better addressed through structural change or recruitment, we will tell you — even if it means a smaller engagement for us.

Inclusivity

Our materials, case studies and facilitation techniques are designed to be accessible and relevant to people of all backgrounds, abilities and experience levels. We actively seek diverse perspectives in every session.
